What we liked
- + Dual laser shows the measurement area more clearly
- + Max measure mode finds the hottest spot on a stone or steel
- + Range to 1022F covers home ovens and most pizza ovens
Trade-offs
- - Surface-only readings do not show internal bread temperature
- - Dual laser is a small upgrade that adds cost
