What we liked
- + At 20.5 x 14.5 inches it is described as the largest size for standard home ovens, with room for long loaves
- + Silicone over natural glass fibers for even heat transfer, with DGCCRF and ISO9001 certification listed
- + Dishwasher safe and reusable, with no greasing or added oil needed for release
Trade-offs
- - Sized for 16 x 22 inch baking sheets, so it will overhang a standard 13 x 18 inch half sheet pan
- - Single mat rather than a set, and the 480 F limit rules out very hot bakes
