What we liked
- + Ateco is a professional baking brand, and the listing states it has been making tools since 1905.
- + Flexible polyethylene is described as conforming to the curve of a mixing bowl and also working on a flat surface.
- + Listed as safe for nonstick cookware and dishwasher safe, at a very low price for six pieces.
Trade-offs
- - Plain white plastic only: no handle, steel edge or measuring marks, so it is a bowl scraper rather than a bench knife.
- - Six identical-style pieces is more than one baker needs, and the listing gives few dimensions.
