What we liked
- + Three lames, ten replacement blades and a scoring patterns booklet are included per the listing.
- + A spring system holds the blade, and it is described as changing blades with no tools.
- + A magnetic base is listed for storage on a metal surface, and the handle is described as larger than standard.
Trade-offs
- - The listing shows no curved-blade option, and the spring blade holder differs from the magnetic design of the lame it replaces.
- - Three handles is more than one baker needs, and the brand is a newcomer.
